Description

The M150E Industrial Ethernet Remote I/O Module is a high-performance data acquisition device designed for industrial automation applications. Built with a 32-bit MCU and dual 10/100M adaptive Ethernet ports, it supports Modbus TCP (master/slave), Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT protocols, ensuring seamless integration with SCADA systems, PLCs and cloud platforms.

The MQTT Protocol IoT Module M150E features 8 isolated digital inputs (DIN1 supports 700kHz high-speed pulse counting, DIN2-DIN12 configurable for 1kHz low-speed counting with 1-2000ms debounce), 4 high-precision analog inputs (12-bit resolution, supporting 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA differential inputs) and 4 sink-type digital outputs (DO1 programmable for 10Hz-300kHz pulse output, DO2 assignable for direction control).

With a 9~36VDC wide input range, reverse polarity protection and an auxiliary DC power output (up to 1500mA @12V), the M150E is built for reliability in harsh environments. Its metal enclosure (IP30 protection) supports DIN rail or wall mounting, making it ideal for distributed industrial automation, remote monitoring and IoT applications.
